  1. This form is for registering a Couple who wish to attend ONLY the SO Program. If you're planning to attend the full convention, or you're a Presenter, Vendor etc. please return to Registration Start and select the appropriate form.
  2. Each person attending Esprit MUST BE REGISTERED. Use this form to register yourself and your SO.
  3. PLEASE NOTE - this form provides a special rate for couples for SO Program ONLY. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS NOR ACCESS TO MAJOR ESPRIT FUNCTIONS. You can purchase Esprit-provided meals separately on this form or at the Esprit Desk when you check in.
