Each person attending Esprit MUST BE REGISTERED. You can use this form to register yourself and optionally your SO and an additional family member.

Donation to Esprit Scholarship Fund Your donation to the Scholarship Fund can help people attend Esprit who otherwise would not be able to. More... Esprit has changed hundreds of lives, and has saved many. Yet for many the cost simply puts it out of reach. The Scholarship Fund provides financial aid to individuals by covering the cost of the convention. A committee of three evaluates applications and awards funds based on several criteria of which one is financial need. Your donation will help make it possible for someone to attend Esprit next year. Excursions
Croquet on the Lawn Signup option only to gauge interest and numbers. More... Please note - this is a signup option only so we can gauge interest and numbers. Join us for a friendly and oh so elegant game of good old-fashioned croquet on the back lawn. How elegant, you say? You finest finery from last night's Ascot Races would not be out of place. If you want to really take it to another level by dressing the part of an English aristocrat in My Fair Lady clothes! What? You can't play croquet? It's even easier than cricket! What? You can't play cricket? Okay, how about tee-ball with a ground-level tee! But really, come and enjoy the fun even if you don't want to dress up!		Qty:
Day Trip to Victoria BC on the MV Coho ferry (Empress Option) This is for the ferry only. Select a quantity to the right and then choose from the options that appear below to complete your outing. Some options may require prepayment which will be added to your Esprit acount. The ferry portion of the excursion is $38 round trip, paid when you board the ferry at Port Angeles. A passport or enhanced driver's license is mandatory to cross the border. More... Passport or Enhanced Drivers License is required. Day Trip to Victoria BC on the MV Coho ferry We will again travel to beautiful British Columbia for High Tea and a full day of sightseeing. You will want to wear your finest frock and of course a beautiful hat. An extra bag is suggested to carry walking shoes for the optional portions of the excursion involve plenty of walking. This year, High Tea will be at The Empress Hotel. Of course, you can join the group just for the ferry, enjoy Victoria on your own (shopping anyone?) and meet in the afternoon for the return departure at 4:00 PM. Due to increased border security requirements, you WILL REQUIRE at least a PASSPORT or an ENHANCED DRIVERS LICENSE for Customs and Immigration. We will meet in the Registration Area at 7:30 AM and then walk to the terminal for the 8:00 AM departure.		Qty:
High Tea at The Empress Hotel The Empress has a range of prices for High Tea. Esprit will make a group booking for the lowest tier (CAN$70 + PST). You must prepay this. Upgrade your Tea experience and pay the difference at the Tea. This is NOT covered by your Esprit fee and will be added to your Esprit account. More... Passport or Enhanced Drivers License is required. High Tea at the Empress Hotel This year we will again travel to beautiful British Columbia for High Tea and a full day of sightseeing. You will want to wear your finest frock (the Empress has a dress code for High Tea) and of course a beautiful hat. An extra bag is suggested to carry walking shoes. When we disembark from the Coho ferry we can engage one of Victoria's finest horsedrawn carriages and tour the area. NOTE - the carriage ride is a separate signup option. After Tea you can sight see and shop the wonderful downtown Victoria area. *The Empress* The Jewel of the Pacific, The Empress is one of Victoria's highlights. Cresting the city's Inner Harbour, this 460-room hotel was built in the Edwardian style and recently restored to its original grandeur, with antique furniture and luxurious decor. Considered to be the most photographed attraction on Vancouver Island, The Empress was originally designed by Francis Rattenbury, and opened in 1908. Rising regally on the banks of Victoria's Inner Harbour, the Empress is the symbolic centrepiece of Victoria and conveniently located adjacent to the Convention Centre, Parliament Buildings, Royal British Columbia Museum, shops and local sites. The hotel has long been accustomed to entertaining Hollywood celebrities; Rita Hayworth, Jack Benny, Pat O'Brien, Douglas Fairbanks, Katherine Hepburn, Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, Tallulah Bankhead, Roger Moore, John Travolta, Barbara Streisand, Harrison Ford and a host of others have passed through its lobby. In true British tradition, the hotel is famous for its elegant Afternoon Tea - served to over 75,000 visitors annually! Join Esprit's own Sandra Finlay on Wednesday morning for an enjoyable round of golf at the beautiful Dungeness Golf Club in Sequim. Please note that this is NOT a course for inexperienced golfers! Pickleball Tournament Please note - this is a signup option only so we can gauge interest and numbers. More... Please note - this is a signup option only so we can gauge interest and numbers. Esprit is holding a friendly Pickleball tournament. (We normally play against a team of Port Angeles pickleball players, but unfortunately this year we're not able to do so safely.) If you've never played, sign up for our Pickleball Beginners Class and you'll be paired with a more experienced player if you wish. Cheerleaders are welcome too - bring your own pompoms! We play at the Elks Playing Field at 14th W and Cedar St., weather permitting. Beginner classes begin at 10, tournament begins at noon. Watch this space for backup plans! Stephanie Avion Chix w/ Stix Pool Tournament - SIGNUP Please select this ONLY if you're signing up to play. Spectators are welcome and encouraged but don't need to sign up. More... Registration: 6pm Play starts: 7pm Pool tables have always gone hand in hand with adventure, vice, and women of mystery. Usually it's the men who own the room, but at Esprit things are a bit different. Imagine a roomful of short-skirted hoochies competing fiercely for the prized title of Esprit Pool Tournament Champion. A 20's gangster moll here, a film noir femme fatale there, and a biker chick over by the bar...drop them all into a small pool hall, and you have the Annual Esprit Pool Tournament. The Naval Elks Lodge hosts the tournament in their private pool room. There will be no-host bar and food service and assistants to help run the tournament. This is a friendly tournament and everyone has plenty of opportunities to play regardless of skill level. We will follow the Official Rules of the BCA Pool League (with a few changes to better accommodate recreational play) and contact the pool tournament coordinator, if you have other questions. Back at the Red Lion, many attendees also enjoy hanging out in the hotel bar which truly becomes one of the hottest and most interesting places in town during the week of Esprit. The tournament was renamed in 2020/2021 in honour of Stephanie Avion, who served for many years on the Esprit Committee.		Qty:

At Esprit, you must: Get any music you need for your act to Stephanie Mitchell by Wednesday evening Attend auditions in the Peninsula Room on Thursday at 2:30 If selected, attend rehearsal at the Elks Ballroom on Friday at 2:30 Be at the Elks with (or in) your costume, with props etc. on Friday by 6:00.
